Deposits down on the new RAMCharger?

Planning way far ahead, just like us... you kind of have to with Dodge/Ram/Stellantis... they have been delaying a lot of stuff.
Put a $100 deposit to join the ram insider back in 2/2023 originally for the rev. Reached out to customer service when they moved up the production date for the ram charger since I’d rather purchase that and they let me know my deposit was good for both and I would be contacted via the email I signed up with when I could order. Since then I haven’t heard anything. Looking forward to hearing something soon!
Sad to say it... Welcome to the site I am in the same situation as everyone else. Registered the day the $100 deposits opened up for RAM Insiders Plus on 2/10/2023. A few chain emails early on and then crickets.

I put a deposit almost a year ago. Have not heard anything from them since.
They haven't communicated with anyone else here either. It's really sad. I got you marked down as a deposit holder!
I put my $100 down last February for the Ram Rev Insider + program, but never heard a thing.
I called the Ram Rev phone number a month ago and the person there said they had issues with getting the newsletters to people with Gmail accounts. They said I missed 4 newsletters but they have no archives they could send me (yeah, right). This person said I needed to add their email address to my Gmail contact list so it would not be blocked, which i did.
When all the news dropped last week, I called the Insider number again and spoke to the same person. I asked if a new email went out and I missed it again since a big part of what the program would provide was early information. This person was clueless of what the press had already and was going though the YouTube videos because she could hardly believe what I was telling her.
In any case, she told me the last newsletter was from December and I did not miss another one. I want to make sure I do receive emails from them because Insider+ members are able to order Ramchargers before the general public.
Time will tell.

First of all, welcome to the site! I've got you marked as a deposit holder here. Secondly, have you ever gotten a newsletter from them yet? It seems like most have not.
Your story pretty much mimics that of everyone here.... crickets, silence. It's really sad to see because Stellantis really needs to win some customers back right now and ghosting them isn't a good way to do that.
If we hear anything (and I hope, any of our memers) -- it will be posted up here for the benefit of everyone. Thanks for being a member and telling us your story!

Yep.. the only thing i've heard is when I first put in a deposit. I got a welcome email. Nothing since. I wish they would proivde some updates or newsletters. But I always scour the web anyways and will post news as I fend them or in my facebook group and/or YouTube.
I put my deposit down February 7, 2024. I have yet to receive anything other than the initial email. Glad I found this forum through a reddit post.
Glad to have you aboard. We've had lots of discussions here about how RAM have been horrible able keeping deposit holders (or anyone really) in the dark.

I put my deposit down within minutes of receiving the original email sent out to regular insiders on 2/10/23. Nothing new that hasn't already been said as far as communication since then here either. My dealer contact hasn't been getting any info either and they seem to be just as frustrated.
